Renaissance Senior Living in New Berlin, WI
Masters in Comfort and Memory Care

Our mission centers on your loved one:
To advocate for the memory impaired and ensure they are treated with dignity, compassion, and respect in a safe, engaging environment.
Our vision focuses on togetherness:
To foster an environment that encompasses the idea of strong family and employee involvement in the lives of our residents impacted by Alzheimer’s and dementia. Our staff and families coexist to create an intergenerational environment that feels like a family reunion every day. We want to revolutionize our care to those suffering from memory impairment by also caring daily for those who directly interact with residents. Frontline staff is paramount to our residents’ happiness and our success, so we reward and attract only the very best employees.

“My sister and I have known Sheila and her team since 2013 when our parents were put into an assisted living under her care. They are very knowledgeable, highly observant, and truly caring. Sheila noticed any change in their health and always brought it to our attention and made sure it was attended to. She was very helpful in getting home hospice care for our father when it was needed, which was a great comfort for our family. We never worried when we could not be with our parents because we knew they were always in good hands with Sheila and her team—we both recommend them very highly.” – Cindy & Sue
